ICT industry is a growing and the connecting segment of Kazakhstan's economy. Large-scale introduction of information and communication technologies creates the necessary and essential conditions for the development of modern business and the strengthening of international economic ties.
JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" being the largest operator of the program of the country industrial and innovative development, is interested in building high-performance infrastructure of telecommunications and development of Internet technology, providing improved business climate and promoting investing and financial activities in the economy.
International Conference KITEL 2012 is a weighty discussion platform for a wide range of stakeholders and is designed to provide the exchange of expert opinions on current issues in the telecommunications industry and information technologies and to stimulate the development and introduction of new technologies.
